Naos & Fidelity Seminar A Success - Baja Real Estate Group
On Nov.16 and 17, scores of future leaders in the assisted living industry descended upon the Rosarito Beach Hotel for the AMAR retirement community two-day conference. Baja Real Estate Group - Beachside Realty Mexico and Fidelity National Title de Mexico teamed up to educate attendees at the conference with a seminar entitled “Escrow and Mexico Real Estate Tips” on Nov. 15 in the new NAOS residential showroom.  More than 40 people including real estate industry experts and prospective buyers attended the event. 

Mexico Real Estate Seminar at NAOS LivingSpeakers included Lucia Treviño, escrow director and general counsel for Fidelity National Title de Mexico and Juan Pablo Arroyuelo, Fidelity CEO.  They covered issues from best practices of escrow, title insurance and bank trust to issues and trends relating to Mexico’s real estate industry.

Blanca Guerrero, a REMAX real estate agent and Rosarito Beach resident of more than 30 years, attended the seminar and walked away with new tools and information to pass on to her clients.

The AMAR conference was two days full of workshops and seminars about the emergence of retiring baby boomers in Mexico. The conference featured an opening speech by Baja California’s Secretary of Tourism Juan Tintos Funke and AMAR’s President Javier Govi as well as various seminars by experts in the healthcare industry, real estate and marketing.
